Zong has introduced new postpaid packages, and likely the most feature rich in postpaid market. Zong postpaid comes with opt-in unlimited SMS, free on-net and off-net minutes, 15 MB of free GPRS quota and more. Following are tariff details.
Those Zong customers, who are using old packages will have to call helpline to get new packages activated, as per their wish.

• Free minutes will be calculated on per minutes basis
• We will offer 5 FnF (on-net only) numbers on 100, 300 & 600 package
• FnF addition charges will be Rs 15 for each addition
• For FnF Addition / Modification dial 1313 from your Mobile
• Spouse number will only be applicable on Rs 1200 & 2000 price plan with zero charges
• Spouse number can be added / changed once in a month
• Free Minutes on 1200 & 2000 pakage are exclusive of Spouse number
• Spouse number can be added by calling our help line or visit our Customer services centre or by using Zong E Care: http://ecare.zong.com.pk
• Rs 2000 LR package will have 6800 free minutes in total, 6000 minutes will be On-Net with a daily cap of 200 Minutes (Fair usage policy)
• The first 200 minutes of the day will be charged at Rs 0 after which charging will be done at On-Net Airtime rates i.e. 0.2 per 30 sec
• Unlimited SMS Bundle can be subscribed by sending a SMS “Sub” to 700
• You can send unlimited SMS by subscribing to the SMS bundle.
• SMS Bundle subscription will remain valid till your bill date.
• Daily SMS limit is 500 after which you will be charged as per your tariff.
• Please note that all calls will be automatically disconnected after 59 minutes.

Zong, the king of Location Based Charging, has decided to abandon unlimited calls for LBC package holders by putting a fair usage policy on utilization of daily free minutes.

Zong remained most successful amongst all local operators in capitalizing the location based charging. This is evident from the fact that Zong registered record number of sales in last 12 months or so – (arguably) over the shoulders of these LBC offerings.
However, now Zong has decided to cap the unlimited calls by limiting the quota for daily usage. Read on to know the details:
Fair Usage Policy for LBC Packages:
All those Zong customers, availing LBC package for any city (Including Lahore, Karachi or any other city)

• Now free on-net calls for LBC Package are not unlimited
• 180 free on-net minutes will be given every day
• After first 180 free minutes, each call will be charged at 10 paisa per minute

Even after this cap, it’s fairly a useful package – given that daily charges for LBC offering are just Rs. 7 plus tax. But the joy of unlimited calling will definitely be missed.

Zong has launched two new mobile internet packages; Zong Monthly Unlimited Internet Package and Zong Daily Unlimited Internet Package. These two are the most affordable and cheapest internet packages in Pakistan by date.

Zong Unlimited Monthly Mobile Internet Package

Zong offers Monthly Unlimited Internet Package for only Rs.200+tax. Subscriber can use unlimited internet on mobile phone via EDGE or GPRS. You can also use this package for surfing internet on your computer, if your mobile can connect with your computer. This package is called Monthly unlimited but has data limit of 2GB per month.

You can subscribe to Monthly Unlimited Package by dialing *908# from your Zong number.

Zong Unlimited Daily Mobile Internet Package

This is also an amazing internet offer by Zong for those who want to enjoy unlimited internet use but on daily basis. They can subscribe for Zong Daily Unlimited Package by dialing *906# for only Rs. 5+tax per day.

Subscriber can enjoy unlimited data download and upload for an hour at any time during a day but time limit of one hour must be followed. However you can divide your hour in as much parts as you want. You can use internet for 10 minutes in morning, then 35 minutes in noon, 10 minutes in evening and 5 minutes at night.

Note:

There are also subscription charges of Rs.10+tax at the time of subscription.

If you use internet after the time/data limit in both internet packages, standard rate will be applied as of your package plan.

Zong offers a service known as ebill, that enables you check your outgoing call record online.
Register for Zong’s e-bill Service
In order to register to My Zong E-Care you need to take the following steps:

• Go this page: http://ecare.zong.com.pk:8080/aiecare/index.jsp
• Enter your Phone number, Name and Password
• After you Enter this information, you will receive you password on your phone in an SMS
• After you receive the password you are ready to start viewing Zong Ebill.

Note: Please remember that you can use the Zong E-Care option only if you are a Zong Pre-Paid Subscriber.
How to Login
Once you have registered and received your password by SMS, to login and start viewing your Zong E-Care you need to enter your Login-id and Password on the main My Zong E-Care.
How to View My Bill

• Login to My Zong E-Care using your login id. and password.
• Select the no. of days to view the E-Care detail and then click on the submit button.
• Then the detail of all your outgoing calls and SMS are shown.

How to Change Password?
To change your password you need to click the CHANGE PASSWORD link. When you click on this option you will be asked to type in your old password and the new password you wish to have. After making the desirable change click on the submit button. Your old password will lapse automatically.
